Framegrabber - Digital Image Archiving

Another option offered by medavis RIS is a module for image generation in the DICOM-3 format. With our Framegrabber solution, you can integrate your conventional ultrasound device, for example, into a PACS environment.

At the push of a button, the live image of the ultrasound device is displayed on the RIS workstation and you can compile individual pictures for archiving using a foot pedal or mouse click.

At the end of the examination, the image data is saved automatically for archiving using DICOM C-Store in a PACS archive.

You do away with the inconvenient recording of patient data on the ultrasound device, as RIS links this data automatically with the image data. .
