New deal in Bosnia-Herzegovina

The first medavis RIS installation in Bosnia-Herzegovina was launched in the city of Bihac on 01 September 2009.As the result of an open call for tender, the General Hospital Dr. Ljubijankic decided on medavis RIS, due to its outstanding functionalities and features.
 
With its capacity of 700 beds, 800 employees and 16 medical departments under one roof, Bihac's hospital is recognised as the leading medical institute in the Unsko-Sanski region. The hospital was one of the first in Bosnia-Herzegovina to meet the demands for digital radiology by sucessfully implementing a RIS/PACS system.
