medavis Service Center
With the medavis Service Center, medavis provides a communication channel for customers and partners. It can be used to contact the medavis Support Team with service requests and error reports efficiently and retrace the current processing status of the requests.
In the medavis Service Center, you place your service requests online and it will be automatically entered in our system. Afterwards, you always have an overview of the editing status of your request.
With each change you automatically receive an e-mail notification and can react quickly, clarify requests or enter further information.
The direct communication between you and the medavis employee working on your request leads to an increase in efficiency and therefore to a reduction of the processing time of your request.
