What are the customers saying? To answer this question, medavis, provider of radiological workflow solutions, once again conducted the periodic customer survey with its users. The goal is to consistently place the needs of customers at the center of the company’s activities.
The specialist for radiology workflow solutions based in Karlsruhe, Germany, has maintained all ratings at the level of previous years or improved them. The latest survey results once again confirm user satisfaction with medavis solutions and services.
The survey participants rated the Radiology Information System (RIS) by medavis according to the grading system 1 (excellent) – 6 (unsatisfactory): Whether in terms of system stability, product maturity, speed, and performance, medavis RIS consistently received the grade “good”.
