medavis will expand its portfolio with interfaces to innovative AI solutions

The central future topic of AI is already dominating the digital congresses in radiology. medavis has clearly recognized the need and will work in cooperation with med.essence GmbH on solutions to support the radiological workflow.

The focus here is on the analysis of user input and medical documentation in natural language.

med.essence GmbH, founded in November 2020, develops cloud solutions for this purpose, which carry out domain-specific analyses using deep learning algorithms.

These are then made available in a SaaS (Software as a Service) model via task-specific interfaces. The innovative start-up has set itself the goal of changing workflows in the healthcare sector by automating time-consuming and error-prone management tasks.

It also aims to support healthcare professionals through automation and intelligent suggestions using cloud-native AI technology.

medavis GmbH integrates these interfaces into its software solutions so that users can manage tasks more effectively and improve quality even further with the support of artificial intelligence.

State-of-the-art natural language processing and deep learning techniques are used to develop the algorithms. This is done using live user input as well as existing data, such as medical records, data from information systems or even spoken language.
