medavis Joins Forces with InformMe
Hand in Hand for a Digital Workflow in Radiology and Beyond
Karlsruhe / Munich, March 25, 2024 – Karlsruhe-based medavis GmbH expands the Group through its acquisition of InformMe GmbH. Taking this step creates the opportunity for the Group to integrate digital patient communication into workflow processes in an innovative fashion.
InformMe is a highly dynamic digital health start-up in the field of digital patient education that is aimed at imaging centers, clinics and community health centers.
The merger optimally complements the Group’s portfolio and broadens the workflow from the appointment booking stage through to digital patient information, examination, and evaluation, as well as the transmission of results to patients and referring physicians.
Users will be able to benefit from an even broader range of services and state-of-theart products for workflow digitalization. The Group’s vision is to collectively provide sophisticated and sustainable solutions for the interconnected radiology of the future, which will increasingly be based on cloud solutions. InformMe proves to be the ideal addition for this endeavor.
